1. Sending a pre-suit reminder from DEBTCOLLECTION.ge's legal enforcement begins by default with the sending of a pre-suit reminder.
2. Filing a claim to the court
3. Obtaining an execution title: After the payment order has been issued and legal force has been acquired, it is possible to withdraw the execution title.
4. Initiation of execution enforcement: After acquisition of the legal force of the execution title, the execution proposal is processed online, which eliminates the need for physical transfer of the file between the law firm and the enforcement office.
